Account Deletion
Request Account Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, follow these steps:
Log in to the app.
Go to "My TBG" in the bottom right corner of the screen
Click or tap on "Profile" in the top right corner of the screen
Click or tap on the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the screen
Once completed, your account deletion will be requested, and TBG admins will process it within 48 hours.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently removed.
